Hi, I’m Ashley Strickland. I’ve been selling real estate in Denver for the last 14 years, which means I’ve seen the pretty, the wild, the stressful, the emotional, and everything in between. My job is to make it all make sense.
I started The Strickland Group in 2022 because I wanted to build a brokerage around the kind of client experience I actually believe in: smart strategy, honest guidance, thoughtful details, and zero pressure.
Real estate is a major financial decision, but it is also deeply personal. You deserve someone who can explain the market, protect your interests, negotiate hard, and still make this experience feel thoughtful, personal, and exciting.

I’m equal parts strategist, translator, advocate, marketer, and calm voice of reason. I obsess over the numbers, the contracts, the marketing, the details, and most of all, the way you feel through the process.
