Josh is proud to call himself a Denverite, but was raised in the suburbs of Atlanta and is where he started his professional career. In 2002, he relocated to the Denver area and was immediately captivated with the breathtaking landscapes and vibrant energy of the city. Falling in love with the Rocky Mountains and the laid back Colorado lifestyle, he knew he found his forever home.
Before diving into the world of real estate in 2019, he honed his skills in the fast-paced world of marketing, telecommunications and technology sales. Brooke Vanhavermaat

Brooke is a 2nd Gen Colorado Native and your go-to expert on all Denver Metro neighborhoods. She has earned numerous awards including Five Star REALTOR, SMDRA Diamond Circle Sales Volume Award (both for successional years), and Equity Power Professional (10 yrs in a row).
An investor herself, she understands the complexity of real estate investments and enjoys assisting her clients in building wealth through real estate. She is a strong negotiator, well versed on the financial aspect of buying and selling and exceeds client expectations with her focus on customer service.
Prior to her real estate career, Brooke had a successful corporate finance career after earning her degree from Colorado State. She also founded Ella Bliss Beauty Bar, with three locations in the Denver metro area. When she is not helping clients, you will find her outside with her pups (Harry & Cooper), traveling, country dancing, wake surfing, and enjoying all that Colorado has to offer.
